Zumindest entsteht vor dem geistigen Auge und im Gefühl ein durchaus differenziertes, sehr lebendiges, ja gewissermaßen spü rbares Bild jener Zeit, in dem diese damals vorsichtig oder enthusiastisch gelebten Träume etwas Besonderes waren: Fire Island war wohl eine Insel der Entdecker und, für manche, der Seligen. Wunderbar die begleitenden Texte von Tom Bianchi, so dass der Text als ebenso wichtig (und dabei als ein Lesegenuß) angesehen werden muss wie die Bilder. Die Fotos sind selten "nur" erotisch, aber voller sinnlicher Kraft, auch, wo Tom nur die Natur sprechen läßt. Ein feiner Genuß, bei dem man manches erfahren und lernen wird, und der auch verführt, in sich selbst hineinzuhorchen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
